Our energy conservation initiatives contribute in reduction of around 142 tons of carbon emissions per year which displays our spirited commitment towards environment protection. Shaktiman is committed to integrating environmental, social and ethical principles into the core business, thereby enhancing long-term stakeholder value and touching the lives of the people around us.

Shaktiman has always strived to create awareness on the importance of safety. In line with this commitment, we organised a fire safety training programme in a village school. The programme was organized to raise awareness on combating fire accidents in schools.

The fire safety team conducted the session and explained the causes of fire breakouts, how to extinguish it and ways to operate the extinguisher. The expert team provided live demonstration on fire drills, handling fire extinguisher and other measures to fight against the incidents of fire. They also educated the gathering on techniques to prevent fire accidents. Several students and faculty members benefited from this initiative.

Environmental sustainability is emerging as an essential ingredient to doing business responsibly and successfully. As a company which is committed towards mechanization of agricultural sector, our actions have the potential to set sustainability benchmarks for the industry and ensuring a better world for generations to come.

These aspirations materialized into environmental initiatives at Shaktiman. Under its environmental CSR initiatives, Shaktiman encouraged tree plantation initiatives by planting saplings and taking up an ambitious plan to save the environment, making India green and thereby reducing the effects of global warming.

We at Shaktiman pride ourselves on our role as a good corporate citizen. We actively participate in community initiatives and commit to making a positive contribution at all levels. We believe our actions should reflect the respect we embrace for the diverse range of people and the cultures with which we work.

Shaktiman organized Blood Donation Camp for its employees at the Corporate Head office as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility. Most of the employees came forward to donate blood voluntarily. The camp attracted several employees, who turn up in huge numbers for this noble cause. It has been heartening to notice that our employees were happily donating their blood.
